A broken appointment inconveniences everyone involved and means that your important dental care is delayed. With evening and Saturday morning appointments available, we do all we can to find a convenient time for you to visit us. Please give as much notice as possible if you have to cancel an appointment – ideally at least 24 hours notice.
We very much regret having to make a charge for missed appointments.
Where a patient cancels (less than 24 hours) or fails to attend any appointment that is between 5 to 29 minutes in length the charge will be £20.00.
Where a patient cancels (less than 24 hours) or fails to attend any appointment that is 30 minutes or over in length the charge will be £40.00.
There is no charge if we are able to re-book the appointment.
