That’s why we introduced our free courtesy call system to help our patients avoid missing their dental care appointments. There is nothing more frustrating than forgetting an appointment; for that reason, we hope you’ll appreciate a short phone call a day or two before you are due to see us.
It may not always be possible to ensure that every patient gets a call for every appointment but, as part of our ongoing customer care, we’ll be working very hard to achieve just that. If you would prefer us to use a particular number, please don’t hesitate to tell reception. A text message service is also available.
