This simple document (available from your dentist, patient co-ordinator or from reception) will help you understand what, as one of our valued registered patients, you should expect from us – and equally importantly, what we expect from you so we can give you the best possible treatment.
Our Practice Charter outlines our responsibilities to you (emergency treatment, your treatment plan, waiting time, privacy, complaints procedures and so on) as well as your responsibilities to us. These are the things that we expect you to do to help us to give you the care that you deserve.
