When you arrange your first appointment at St James’ Dental, we’ll encourage you to tell us about your special needs. Whether you have particular medical needs or you’re just not quite as mobile as you were, your practice team will make sure your dental care is relaxed and comfortable.
With ramped access from the car park to the clinic and covered buggy storage outside reception, we’ve tried to think of everything for you. Naturally, our spacious, comfortable, clinic also has full disabled WC facilities and all treatments are available on the ground floor. For those patients who have a neck problem and might struggle to get comfortable, we have a U shaped beaded pillow that can very quickly be adapted to make your appointment a great deal more comfortable. Please do not hesitate to ask your dentist, nurse or hygienist at the start of your appointment. Whatever your needs, we’ll do everything possible to help. Don’t hesitate to tell us your concerns before you visit the clinic – or speak to our patient co-ordinator while you’re here.
