Carole was born and brought up in Gloucester. After completing her education at Linden Secondary School, she worked locally selling kitchens and bathrooms until taking a career break to bring up her two children.

Carole, who is fully trained in all reception issues and procedures, is one of the longest serving members of staff at St James’ Dental. She originally joined as a part-time receptionist in 1990, subsequently progressing to her current position as reception manager.

Carole is married with two grown-up daughters and three grandchildren.
