In April 1985 David bought the Hollygrove Dental Practice in Quedgeley, which moved and expanded into St James' Dental in 1990. David has two postgraduate qualifications, MFGDP (UK) and DPDS, and was a vocational trainer for many years. Since 1992, David has held many senior positions in dentistry at a local, regional and national level. These include the following:
Founder member of Gloucestershire Independent Dentists (GID) and currently vice chair, David has successfully established study groups for GID hygienists, managers and dental nurses. This allows for fully integrated continual professional development programmes for the entire team.
